No.13 Dreamland

No.13 Dreamland is a VR transmedia narrative field work. At present, human emotional concepts are taking on a rapidly changing form in society, and the Tai Xu illusion in the classic work "Dream of the Red Chamber" praises the true feelings and young people's love, which is a projection of people's inner desires of "greed, hatred, and ignorance". At the same time, it also serves as a good example for contemporary people to explore their inner emotional patterns and spiritual needs.

The work attempts to creatively use virtual reality, AIGC technology, real-time Interaction design and other new technical means to reconstruct the too virtual fantasy in the cross media field. The work, as an "additive" creation that "shatters in a dream", takes into account the characteristics of shaman worship rituals and transforms the abstract dream narrative in the original work into a concrete, operable, and perceptible experience process. The audience will follow the process of "entering a dream - in a dream - out of a dream" in the dream narrative, reliving the dream in the digital landscape, and scrutinizing and selecting it with modern concepts, In the dream narrative of VR games, we examine and choose from a modern perspective, reflecting on the impact of virtual media on emotions and interpersonal relationships in the face of the digital age, and the never-ending exploration of the spirit of love by contemporary people.
